Purpose of the Policy

This policy aims to define the guidelines for the use of AI tools in our agency, ensuring:

Application of AI in the agency

Permitted uses

  • Optimization of internal processes: Use of AI tools to improve efficiency in tasks such as data analysis, report generation and campaign management.

  • Supporting creativity: Using AI to brainstorm, generate ideas or initial drafts of content, which will always be reviewed and adjusted by human experts.

  • Personalization of experiences: Using AI to analyse data and create more personalized experiences for our clients and their target audiences.

Limitations and restrictions

  • No plagiarism: All content generated with the help of AI must be original or suitably adapted to guarantee authenticity.

  • Mandatory human intervention: AI does not replace human review and approval on any material delivered to the client.

  • Data protection: The use of AI tools must strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

Transparency with clients

We are committed to being transparent about the use of AI in the work we do. If we use AI tools to create or assist in the creation of content, this will be clearly communicated to our clients.

Training and updates

Our team receives ongoing training on best practices in the use of AI, ensuring a clear understanding of its capabilities, limitations and ethical implications. We regularly review this policy to keep up with technological and regulatory developments.

AI tools used

We use various AI tools to optimize our processes and offer our clients better results. These tools include ChatGPT and Jasper, which help with content creation and idea generation; Heygen, for producing personalized videos; HubSpot, for marketing automation and customer relationship management; Make, for integrating workflows; and Airtable, for organizing and managing data. All these tools are used ethically and in accordance with this policy.

This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its relevance in the face of new technologies and regulations. Any changes will be communicated to our customers and employees in a timely manner.
