Lince Capital: website creation, lead generation and customer conversion

Lince capital is a Portuguese Venture Capital company focused on creating value for the subscribers of investment funds and venture capital. Its mission is to diversify investments in strategic sectors, including real estate, health, technology, retail and industry.

Working with both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups, the company works to ensure portfolio diversification and exploit high-potential growth opportunities.

Given the central role they play in the business ecosystem, the need to convey credibility, professionalism and modernity in their online presence became a strategic priority.

The company approached us to transform its website and digital approach, with the specific objectives of increasing lead capture and optimizing the sales process.

Challenges

Lince Capital faced several significant challenges that compromised the achievement of its objectives:

  • Outdated online presence: The existing website was not only visually outdated, but also technically limited, with little aesthetic appeal and no optimization for SEO. This made it difficult to build an image of trust with investors and partners.
  • Lack of qualified traffic: The site didn't generate enough traffic, let alone qualified traffic, making it difficult to promote specific tax benefits aimed at the B2B sector.
  • Inefficient lead capture: Even when visitors came to the site, there were no clear and effective mechanisms for converting this traffic into leads.
  • Lack of automation and organization in the sales process: Without an adequate CRM tool, lead management was manual and inefficient, resulting in lost opportunities and difficulty in tracking progress in the sales funnel.

After an in-depth analysis of the client's situation and objectives, we devised a digital transformation strategy, combining technology and high-quality content. The approach adopted focused on the following points:

  1. Website redesign

    • Creation of a new modern and responsive website, designed to reflect credibility and trust.
    • Implementation of advanced SEO practices, including page optimization, meta descriptions, and URL structure.
    • User experience (UX) centered design to facilitate navigation and promote valuable interactions.
  2. Generation of qualified traffic

    • Keyword research: We carried out extensive analysis to identify relevant search terms, especially related to the B2B tax benefit.
    • Strategic content: Production of more than 40 articles focused on high-impact keywords, as well as informative eBooks to attract different audience segments and generate leads.
    • Editorial calendar: Creation of a consistent publication schedule aligned with the needs of the target audience.
  3. Lead generation and qualification

    • Conversion materials: Development of 3 eBooks with highly relevant topics for the target audience of Lince Capital's services, aimed at attracting and converting leads.
    • Landing pages and CTAs: Optimized landing pages to capture visitor data and encourage them to explore more about the client's services.
    • Email marketing campaign: Implementation of lead nurturing flows to keep them interested and guide them through the sales funnel.
  4. Automation with HubSpot

    • Setting up HubSpot as a CRM to centralize lead management.
    • Automating tasks such as sending emails, tracking interactions and assigning leads to the sales team.
    • Creation of interactive reports to monitor performance and results in real time.

The plan was implemented in a structured way, divided into several phases to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with the client's objectives.

  1. Initial planning
The initial stage focused on gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's needs and the profile of its target audience. Buyer personas were defined based on demographic and behavioral analyses, allowing for more precise targeting of content and communication strategies.

  2. Website creation
The new website was developed based on the best design and SEO practices, prioritizing navigability and optimization for mobile devices. Each page was designed to play a specific role in the conversion funnel, guiding visitors to actions such as downloading materials or filling in forms.

  3. Content production
The editorial calendar guided the creation of consistent, quality content. Each article and eBook was written to address the specific pains and interests of the buyer personas, using strategically placed keywords to maximize visibility in search engines.

  4. Automation and lead qualification
The email marketing campaigns created on Hubspot are designed to nurture leads in an automated way, segmenting them based on criteria such as behavior on the site, previous interactions and stage in the sales funnel.

  5. Continuous adjustments
As the results began to emerge, regular analyses made it possible to optimize every component of the strategy, from the content to the email campaigns, ensuring a growing impact over time.

The initial implementation of the project lasted six months, during which time the new website, strategic content and lead generation and qualification campaigns were developed

At the end of this period, the first results began to emerge significantly, with a substantial increase in organic traffic and the capture of qualified leads.

The results were remarkable, demonstrating the impact of a well-executed digital strategy:

  • Lead generation: Since the start of the project in May 2021, more than 840 leads have been generated, more than 500 of them organic, coming from search engines.
  • Increased traffic: In the first year, organic traffic grew by 102%, followed by a further 63% in the second year.
  • Qualified conversion: The client not only achieved the initial objectives, but exceeded expectations by converting highly qualified leads, reaching and exceeding the forecast targets.

In addition, the use of Hubspot allowed the sales team to focus exclusively on the most promising leads, while the detailed reports provided a clear overview of the performance of the initiatives.

This project is a clear example of how a well-planned and implemented digital marketing strategy can boost a company's growth, strengthening its presence in the market and generating concrete results. From the creation of a modern and credible website to the implementation of effective campaigns to generate traffic and qualify leads, each stage was designed to align with the client's objectives and exceed expectations.

The results achieved in the first six months were significant, with a significant increase in organic traffic and the capture of highly qualified leads. These indicators not only met the initial objectives, but set a high standard for future marketing initiatives.

The collaboration between Latigid and this client didn't stop there. We continue to work together in an ongoing and productive relationship, adjusting and modernizing the site to keep it in line with SEO best practices and the latest design and usability trends.
